I view acknowledgment of my time as a warm and considerate gesture. It shows that what I offer has value. I put my heart and soul into the things I do, so it means a lot when that effort is met with the same sense of consideration. Before we meet, it is nice to have an open conversation about what feels right from the start; it just makes everything easier and more natural.

For me, it’s less about the formality and more about feeling that what I share is genuinely appreciated.
